Rating is fake. App wants nothing but asking you to add more extra service, and the checkin option did not even work for me, so I go to front desk of Ryanair in the airport, 4 clerks took FOURTY MINUTES to finish 4 passengers. The clerks took more interests in the tourists pets than doing their job. The clerk even purposely wasted our time by reading through our passport thoroughly BEFORE telling us it’s too late to check in. Horrible app, horrible service. I have purchased from more than ten different airlines before and none of them came close to how bad Ryanair is.
