. So I signed up for the yearly print magazine on January 7th through the app and paid through Checkout.com and I haven’t received any magazines yet. So I went onto the app and saw it was recently updated and y’all now use Shopify and it no longer shows I have any subscription when I indeed do and have already paid for the yearly subscription. Please help me out and send my copies I haven’t gotten that I paid for. I have screenshots, order number please help me resolve this and get my monthly prints.
