Overall my experience with the Monta app has been much better than the other charging apps
The only issue I had was a result of an AWS outage, causing me to be (incorrectly) charged an extremely high rate "sitting" rate despite me leaving well before my vehicle was fully charged. I contacted Monta support, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it, which I'd understand in normal circumstances, but this was very clearly caused by their equipment during this AWS outage (so even if this
