I’ve been using Lifesum for a couple of months now, and I seriously regret paying for Premium. The AI is a joke – it can’t even estimate calories from pictures, which is one of the main features I expected when upgrading. What did I actually pay for? Nothing useful. Customer support is basically nonexistent. There are almost no ways to reach them, and Lifesum doesn’t communicate with users at all. They just take your money and disappear.
