Won’t scan the passport, when I enter the info manually, it goes back to scanning. Very poor, basic functionality doesn’t work.

I’ve been a subscriber for over a decade, but the digital experience continues to let this newspaper down. From automatic downloads that don’t, to downloaded copies that won’t load when out of comms, poor performance, taking an age to generate a gift token, it seems ever aspect of the app is below par. Two stars for an awful app, 5 stars for the content, but as I consume only digitally, that’s no where good enough.
