I’ve been playing this game for a very long time. I started before COVID lockdown and it is now August 2025. The issue with support seems minor until you play the game. Expect to be talking to them lots! This is my most recent issue. Following a recent Game Maintenance period, I came back to find all my store credits had disappeared. When I approach support, they informed me of the exact time I “spent them” and what on. The time they stated was during the game’s downtime for maintenance! How can I spend them when you can’t get on the game! No apology. No refund. I’ve been collecting resources
