As title says you cannot return received counterfeit items. As soon as you confirm you RECEIVED THE ORDER you cannot return it. Product and store was TopPicks by Lazada, says 100% authentic guaranteed. I got double scammed, once by the store and second by the app itself. Use genuine shops, buy from the producer. I paid full-price for a scam product.
