I’ve had this app for many, many years. I use it as a food journal and keep track of my weight. I add my favorite meals and recipes and use it for cooking instructions. I link my apple health and it works. I track my nutrition to make sure I get enough of the right stuff and none of the bad stuff. I love it still after nearly using this for 20 years. I used to have the web version in the early days 😉
