I purchased a ticket for sister in law in Philippines to fly to Tampa, for unseen circumstances of her needing to stay, as there is a recent shortage of doctors at her clinic. We requested a voucher for a later date. We were denied, so we asked for a refund, expecting fines, the Indian gentleman said it would be a maximum of 300 dollars. After 3 hours of phone calls he said it would be over 500 dollars and we need to pay 210 dollars upfront totaling 710 dollars on top of 200 dollars because they changed the flight dates from original order.
