I originally purchased this bc I had been using a device which measured HRV. Turns out my sleeping HRV was the single measurement that helped me see when I was getting sick or run down, even before I could feel it myself, and I could usually adjust my behavior to avoid illness. I went from getting sick several times a year to maybe once a year. My Apple Watch didnt measure HRV and I didn't like flying blind. I also didn't want to pay a subscription fee - everything is a subscription these days and it's a total ripoff. This app came up in my searches and I decided to go for it. I never looked
