I’ve experienced the same exact thing as most other reviews here. On top of that, they have the same horrible reviews not only on Google but on the BBB website. It’s not easy to cancel and when you figure it out after just hours of them charging your credit card, they refuse to refund. Instead you get a long email about their processes but only after you finally figure it out on your own. Literally was charged this morning, I canceled service just a couple hours after that, deleted my payment info, and then deleted the app and was told basically, “not our problem”.
