I hate this app! The only reason I have it is to watch Outlander so have paid for it for years now. Have always used my Apple TV but did buy a new television set when I moved. Now, I can’t stay logged in to watch my show; I get kicked out and then run into issues trying to log back in. I’m not sure why I should have to manage any of my devices but for some reason, STARZ seems to think it’s important. No other service makes you do this; only this one. I’m buying all the DVD’s so that when the series is over(again STARZ made a boneheaded decision and decided to cancel the show), I am so done wit

First issue is the obvious but completely useless tab that indicates you can do anything about subscribing or updating your subscription that appeared on the web version of your newsletter. Make it so a potential subscriber can do just that from there without having to head to the browser, find the correct web address for Substack and navigate from there. Even when one is logged in and trying to do anything with their subscriptions, it’s still messy; uneven. Maybe try some AI coding to make things smoother for subscribers and potential subscribers?

I use this app only because I have to. I subscribe to a lot of the writers on the platform and make comments. Therefore it is essential to be able to go back, easily find a particular comment and make any appropriate edit when an error is discovered after posting. It used to be possible to do this from one’s browser but it now appears that the “update” made this impossible as well. Just now, the entire app seems to having a meltdown as the comment section of a post just disappeared; vanished. It seems that by making things better, Dev just screwed things up.
