Couldn’t they just hire someone?

For every top up transaction, you have to pay a dollar. Thus, it only make sense to top up with a larger sum. Unless you are in urgent need and no other apps (FoodPanda, Lyft, etc) are available. Since the recent update, it set a limit of $100 top-up for within app top-up. Leaving you with $99 value. That’s just too little and unnecessarily costly. Went on to read their instructions to do an OCBC account transfer. But Grab do not mention what bank is GrabPay under. Unable to add new payee, unable to proceed with top up. It’s almost like they don’t want you to transfer from outside their own ap

Registered for an account via FB. But app notifies me that I don’t have an account with that email. Went over to resister, it says that I already have an account under that email. To and fro many time and I can’t even log in. :(( so sad..
