The connection is frequently unstable and video feed does not work at all. When I complain they just blame it on my wifi though the rest of my house has perfect connection. They’ll say I need to unplug the monitor and plug it back in, but it’s always at key times where I can’t go in the room because of baby sleeping. I’ve had multiple people tell me the same happens at their house and Nanit just blames their connection. Not to mention the astronomical subscription fees on top of the already expensive device. Do not pay the money for this device, I have knock offs throughout my house that work
