The service in Colombia is very slow. Their support when you have issues with orders dont solve the issues and they dont have a proper help center that is not a bot. Got an incomplete order and they didnt help me with it. Lost money on that one. Also, i subscribed for Rappi Pro, then went to Mexico and my subscription didnt work there. And trying to cancel it (my Colombian Rappi Pro) from abroad wasnt as straightforward or easy as I would have liked.
