One of the rudest , incompetent , racist and disrespectful airline I have ever dealt with. The staff barely works and they barely help and provide a solution . The app and the website always have bugs; the system is always down. Once you land to the check in counter , once they see you acquire a visa they immediately start treating you differently. The call center takes forever and once answer no solution . Not recommended at all and as much as you can avoid talking or dealing with any staff .
