First thing 2 long LOUD ads after few songs is insane !! And I have an issue that I reached the support team about and still unresolved, that when I wanna open the playing screen it turns black and unresponsive, using an iPad, and it’s really bothering and making the whole experience just bad

I had purchased an offer for the super pass but it seems I payed for nothing more than the Vip pass which is half the price !!!!!! Hopefully you will read this as soon as possible because I am so disappointed I even bought more Energy and Jems to fulfill the tasks but they just ran out with just match 100 items to get 100 points (150 with super pass) and I still have to gain about 8000 or more to get to have the purchased offer I got! So I paid to get nothing!!??????? What is that? I want a solution for this issue… or give at least 2 more days for this because today I got more than 3 purchases
