I subscribed for five devices on March 2016 and the services was very good. Last March, I renewed for the same. Since that time, the service is not connected and keep trying to connect for long time. It successes to connect some times but most of the times it is not good. I reinstalled the profile many times with no solution. I contact the company customer services and they keep sending me their FAQ site and ask me to find the solution by myself.
