The app is suddenly not working properly it wont let me download my design and its so slow and nothing works on it

I tried to login from the app as I always play on the app, but it suddenly showed me failed login to many attempts, but I never did that I can login from my Safari web but I can't login from the app. Something is wrong with the app. Could you please fix it?
