I subscribed to the annual plan by mistake after the free trial ended and was charged 479 AED. I canceled the subscription within about one minute and did not use the app at all. I requested a refund immediately, but it was denied multiple times, which was very disappointing given how quickly I canceled and that there was no usage. The app itself may be good, but the refund experience in situations like this really needs to be improved. Users should be given some flexibility for clear accidental purchases.
