ok i’ve been playing this game for like 5 years now. i love it sm. but all of a sudden the “back up data” screen thing WONT LOAD. i deleted it for like a week and then it wouldn’t load to let me sign back in. i figured it was a phone thing, because mine was old, but now i have a brand new fresh updated iphone 12 mini… and it still does it. im really disappointed because nothing i’ve tried works so it’s obviously an app problem but it wasn’t like that in the past. :/ now im stuck on a blank account with zero towers, but like, i had a ton of medallions, and every single tier on every tower in th
