Used to be one of my favorite airline apps, but with the latest updates it has become useless. I can’t download the boarding pass to the Apple wallet anymore (button shows, but can’t be pressed). To find your boarding pass it now needs 5 clicks, deep deep down into the app. From the start Screen of an iPhone you get to the Home Screen of the app, not to your boarding pass. United: please fix your core user journeys (you can cut all the other stuff out of it). This has become a useless experience.
