I’ve called four separate doctors listed as “in-network” on the Cigna app and not one of them has updated information on the app. There should be auditing or following up of some kind to keep this data as up-to-date as possible. It is taking up more time to call from the app than it would for me to just call doctors in my area and ask if they take my insurance. Not a convenient mode for accessing healthcare. I hope this is fixed or remediated.
