Update: I did what the developer response asked me to do and they repeated the same thing as the automated response. It’s as if the representative didn’t even glance at the history of my problem. Would’ve taken less than a minute. Embarrassing customer service. I was told to be careful of this app and I should have listened. I was quoted a price for a short fare at about €11-€18. When the trip was complete I was charged €30 even though the fare price on the taxi was less then €15. When I disputed it on the app the automated responder refunded me €5.25.
