WOULD NOT recommend - horrible customer service and refund I booked the bus to go to Wisconsin and back. I planned it so that I can get my appointment done in one hour and take the FlixBus back however, the first bus came 30 minutes late, actually more than 30 minutes late I wouldn’t know because I left, and I had to move my appointment schedule.
