I am extremely disappointed with Airbnb as a platform. As a Host, it feels like the system is entirely geared toward benefiting the guest, with no real support for us. Recently, I provided clear evidence that a guest left a misleading review, yet despite all the proof, the issue was not resolved, and the review was not removed. This raises serious concerns—if my property were damaged, how could I prove the truth? If Airbnb can’t help in a situation like this, how can I trust them to assist with more serious incidents?
