I’ve purchased the VIP Travel Pass at $6.98 but was charged SGD 19.94 instead on 10 Jan 2026. I’m pretty sure there are also other overcharged instances as well & I don’t think the charges adds up. There’s no customer service contact available on the website for such queries. Kindly look into this.
