The App itself i quite like and it’s efficient but I was late and in a rush and my driver told me he didn’t have change, so while blocking the road he argued with me so eventually I gave up and got out, it’s been almost a month and support is so poor they still haven’t found a solution and I ended up paying almost double just because the driver doesn’t understand any time you work with money you are required to have a float not the customer, please rather use Uber or bolt even if you pay more, this app is unsafe and fraudulent

Not only does it allow for much easier travel it can also be a helpful tool for daily life (road closures, travelling times or road blocks. The function to report an incident on the road is also a very helpful utility. Only thing I would change is if they had a way to customize the motorbike icon 😂😂 they already allow you to customise car icons which is quite cute
