Nothing like downloading an app to log in and being routed to the website. The website already being a struggle bus and pain to deal with from the start. I had to refresh 3 times to book my flight. Then after downloading the recommended app it still needs the broken website login to function. It’s 2025 give us Face ID options and a functioning app. I suggest either making a fully functional app that works or a website app. Both have abysmal performance and I would rather have one or the other than both. If not this may be my first and last time ever using this airline. Customer retenti
