I have a complaint about your age restrictions as a child born in 2012 our age group in 2024 have just turned 12 which is the age your app is supposed to allow kids to sign up so my parents decide I will get Snapchat when I turn 12 I have now turned 12 and download the app now as I’m trying to sign up it says my birth date is not eligible for the app WHEN I WAITED TO TURN 12 JUST TO GET YOUR APP I hope this gets to you Snapchat and read it thank you for your time.
