What an absolute bunch of inefficient crooks! For 9 months we went the route of decently asking, writing to the team and then even calling all the way from a different county! Why? - my wife used Careem when we go to Abu Dhabi and upon leaving she had cancelled her subscription but, no! Up until today she’s still being charged for it despite us getting through to the support team over and over again. If you’re traveling to the UAE and need to use an app go with UBER - not these jokers!

Been over a couple of months now and I still can’t use the app. Made all my payments well before the due dates and still it shows my spending limit at 0. Before this it was -750. Help Centre is rubbish and I can’t even delete my card details from the app. I’ve even mailed you’ll 🤦🏽‍♂️ Please rectify because I don’t want my card details with you’ll anymore.
