A few days ago I opened the app only to be confronted with a forced Arbitration Provision in an Amendment to the Terms of Use Agreement, because the app owner/developer has a class action lawsuit pending against it in Washington state. Also, as others have mentioned, there have been times when I accessed the app and discovered “billions” of points/dollars “missing”.
