Deliveroo works fine - until something goes wrong. My food was spilled. No one but the driver cared. Hotline even hung up on me claiming she „can‘t find me in the system“… funny enough they do find me when they take my money. When the driver called them to reiterate the complaint they told him they would get in touch with me - which of course never happened. Time to delete this app and join Uber eats.
