I would’ve given five except for two things: one was deducted for the lack of customer service accessibility especially in emergencies; one was deducted for the complete lack of tutorials on how to use the tracker, especially in the event of an emergency - the number one compliant customer seem to have is the lack of accuracy, especially in an emergency generally speaking this is a troubleshooting issue and yet customers don’t receive any introductory tutorials on how to troubleshoot or what to do in the event of an emergency you just receive your tracker with a basic instruction book on how t
