We bought tickets in the 135 from Budapest to Vienna. The 105 came at 1:45 and told us they could not take us. We had to wait. The 135 never came. We got two delay notifications. There are only two stands and we stayed at the stand number two that consistently had said the 135 would be here. A co-traveler later saw that the bus was marked as arriving and leaving at 2:20 and that they were on it. We paid for our tickets and didn’t get the bus ride and had to wait in three hours and try to catch another bus that we’re waiting on now. Terrible service.
