I arrived to my hotel i booked (booking was confirmed) and they told me they have no available room of the type i booked. Agoda's customer service didn't help me at all. They just acted like they do smth, but they didn't. I had to find place to live all by myself and it wasn't easy at all in high season. Don't recommend to anyone who doesn't want stressed out vacations🥲
