Unable to log in – paid account suddenly not recognized
I have been using Lifesum regularly with an active paid subscription. However, this morning I was suddenly logged out of the app and asked to log in again. When I tried to sign in with my registered email, the app says that no account exists with that email address.
This is very concerning, as I have important personal data, nutrition history, and subscription access linked to my account. I did not make any changes on my side, and the issue appeared unexpectedly.
As a paying subscriber, I expect reliable access to the service. Please investigate this issue urgently and help me restore access
