Super easy to use and always accurate as long as I have been using this app. Really love the customization ability and freedom of expression along with the up to date delays and weather announcements for any bus lines that would be affected. I think there is so much potential for Western Mass to expand the bus transit accessibility hopefully in the future however for what is offered at this time. I am really impressed with this app and prefer it for transit updates and bus trips over Google Maps and Apple Maps ( what I normally used prior for bus trips). Keep up the good work and hopefully lo
