Allow me to slip, make mistakes but DO NOT make me start from 0! One shameful puff should visually take away all my hard work and make me feel guiltier for my actions.
Instead COUNT my slips. Reset the streak if I’ve slipped more than 3 times in 1 day during the first week, 2 times a day in the second week and then allow atleast 1 slip through the day until I reach 1 month.
