I know this is just an app so I will take it a little easy. It’s not going to be totally accurate, but one day my heart rate read 187 and within a minute it went back down to 97. Feel like if I was at 187 for real I would have been in the hospital? 187 seems excessive for my resting heart rate and very inaccurate.
