I have been buying off of Etsy for over a decade and have never felt the need to speak up about any changes made to the shopping experience, until now. The recent update to this bizarre “chat-style” search engine has made searching less efficient in that 1. I can’t find what I’m looking for as easily as I had in the past with the previous, standard search bar as this new version now brings up categories in the same realm, but not what I asked for (My descriptions are precise considering I’ve been an Etsy shopper for long enough to know what terms to include, so being vague isn’t the issue) and
