I find the app frustrating because of two things. First event location says tbd and is never updated. Several of us went to the wrong place for an Open House New York 2025 event because there was no address in Eventbrite - the app should be sending reminders to event organizers that the place has not yet been entered into the system. Second, the ticket status often says tickets have not yet been updated for this event. But sometimes there aren’t any tickets at all and it should just say “you have been added to the guest list” or something similar. Thanks
