I went to check account and was signed out. Went to sign back in and my account wasn’t recognized anymore. I went through process of uploading my DL, scanned my face, gave last 4 of my social and still couldn’t get into my account. Contacted customer service which I believe is outsourced outside of U.S and somehow a email I’ve never used when signing up was the problem. I don’t know how that happened after texting with another customer service rep. nothing could be resolved due to this email.
