Finally!!!!! I came across this app and wish I found it earlier. I tried other 2 meditation apps and didn’t like them. When I tried Chopra app out, I instantly fell in love. The meditation series are what suit me. I like how there’s some light music and sound healing in the background to help me focus and relax my mind, which is what I had when I had a good meditation session at my yoga studio. The other meditation app that I tried had absolute silence in their meditation audio and when I had to
