Ordered from this app two times. Both experiences very disappointing. First try: waited for over an hour. Four Door Dash drivers arrived at the restaurant and left without my food, because there was a communication problem between the restaurant and the drivers. Needed to call restaurant and driver myself to resolve the issue. Second try: received wrong item, sent a complaint to Door Dash. I received a clearly automated email stating my complaint was analyzed and while they could not fulfill my request, they made the decision not to refund.
