OTF is a wonderful workout but the application the working application and even more so the support for the application is awful. The app doesn’t work most of the times you can’t see your classes right away. There’s no sinking the class count is always wrong and then when you try to reach out to support they’ll message you saying we’ll get back to you. They get back to you asking you for more information, sending screenshots, etc. etc. but when you don’t respond right away, they just close the ticket because really they never wanted to help you anyway there’s no way to call them no way to tal
