This app language can change to English?

I just download this VPN yesterday and up until now i cannot connect here in China. It has no refund option for the 1 year subscription i purchased yesterday (no other subscription option just the 1 year subscription). And their customer services is via email reply unlike ExpressVPN with real customer service representative via chat, how can i see their reply in my gmail if i cannot access my gmail.
