I’ve been using this App for years and it previously worked great. It used to sync between devices but doesn’t anymore despite paying fees to have that option. I’ve emailed a multitude of times trying to trouble shoot and responses are very delayed and nothing has worked. I’ve tried getting a number and help but no one ever helps to trouble shoot this. Very frustrating because I can’t have an assistant help log unless they use my phone but I need my phone. Need to have sync function fixed so I can share between iPad and iphone or refund payments for this upgrade. Please fix and please g
