I request a ride, and the driver just didnt move at all . Then after 2 minutes it said thank you for travelling with us it charge me the ride but the rider never pick me up. I were tryng to dispute and everything but it just appear this ride doesn’t qualify for a refund. I it dont even let me make a request for the refund it just said that i it dont allow me neither to request a refund or to make a complaint. I need to pay another ride in a much better app. I am so disappointed with this app.
