This site is not user friendly, the lack of a mostly for those that are in need to get the assistance we need is deplorable at best. I receive snarky responses from people that “work” at the VA whenever there is a system down and need assistance like we are bothering them for our entitlements. This whole VA system is broken. 3 weeks now I have been asking for help for my travel reimbursement and all I get is. “That’s why I sent you the form” no instructions no help to fix the issue just a buck passed to manually submit a form that should be working on the site.
